Painting trees with paintless paint

(Photograph) - Painting trees with paintless paint is one of the many activities recommended in the Wee Green Fingers Fun Pack, launched by Scottish Natural Heritage. It provides a variety of fun things for children to do outdoors.

The pack is part of a series of initiatives by SNH to encourage children to learn about wildlife. It is full of games and ideas for young children of primary and nursery age. There are creature cards, which introduce eight different creatures from the worm to the ladybird; Wee Green Games, including ideas for making perfumes and potions and lollipop labels, and a packet of sunflower seeds.

Wee Green Fingers Fun Packs are free from Karen Smith at SNH's Battleby office, tel: 01738 444177
