AN EQUAL opportunities guide directed at educational issues for parents has been launched with the backing of the Scottish Executive and parent groups.
The booklet, produced by the Equal Opportunities Commission, wil help parents complement the “great job” done by teachers in ensuring children develop informed attitudes on educational opportunities and career choices, Sam Galbraith, Children and Education Minister, said.
