Parents told what to ask teachers

Families are being offered a checklist of 11 questions they should ask teachers at parents’ evenings. The questions, which include, “Does my child join in class discussions?” and “Does my child’s behaviour give cause for concern?”, appear on a new website for parents set up by the Department for Education and Skills.
