Having been targeted with strike action by lecturers earlier this year, the troubled James Watt College in Greenock now faces industrial strike by support staff. Unison is to ballot 230 members in the college, in protest against a 1.4 per cent pay offer, a cut in annual leave and other changes in terms and conditions.
