Learning and Teaching Scotland has created a new physical education website to help teachers from early years to secondary. The site includes examples of good practice and links to key publications and teaching resources.

Primary case studies include Learning on the Run, a West Dunbartonshire project to combine orienteering with the five-to-14 curriculum, using personal digital assistants, and Transition P7 to S1 in Physical Education, looking at national guidelines for transition, with examples of good practice.

Secondary case studies include Analysing Dance Performance Using Digital Video (Broxburn Academy), Performance Analysis Software in Volleyball (Annan Academy) and Perth High School Explores the Outdoors - a plan for engaging disaffected pupils.
