What’s in an edition? Quite a lot, if you read the many local guises of the Aberdeen-based Press and Journal. Highland readers were treated to a “warm welcome for extra schools repair cash”. But by the time “your best LOCAL paper” (Aberdeen version) got its hands on the story, the Government’s initiative had become “Pounds 200 million for crumbling schools? It’s peanuts.”
