Around half of parents admit they will give in to “pester power” during the summer holidays and spend more on children than planned . Research reveals that collectively they will spend pound;1.9 billion keeping their children amused. But a quarter still expect children to complain about being bored at least once a week, says financial services group MORE TH@N.
