(Photograph) - Peter Rossborough, head of Ashlawn school in Rugby, has been cleared of the first of three charges brought against him by staff. The employment tribunal dismissed a charge of constructive dismissal brought by school secretary Rosemary Powell. However, she plans to appeal. She claimed Mr Rossborough had bullied her, forcing her to leave. Judgments on cases brought by two former teachers at the school will be announced shortly. Photograph by MIKE SIMMONS
