Striking lecturers at Bolton College are to hold a mass picket of their campus on Monday as their pay dispute with college management enters its eighth week.
The lecturers’ union NATFHE says 90 full-time lecturing staff - three-quarters of the total at the Lancashire college - and 40 part-timers have been on strike since November 20. As The TES went to press, union representatives were due to meet managers in a renewed attempt to hammer out a settlement.
