The college is urging businesses to contact them to discuss the Government’s new Apprentice Grant for Employers scheme, which offers a pound;2,500 grant for each 16 to 17-year-old apprentice they employ. The National Apprenticeship Service is offering 5,000 golden hellos nationally, but the offer is only available until March 31, 2010.
