TO CYBERSPACE where we learn of further valiant attempts to protect pupils from the evils of porn. (Some programmes, you’ll recall, have blocked sites relating to Ess*x or Charles D***ens.) West Yorkshire firm EYE-t (groan) has released a major new weapon in the war against cyberporn which checks for “excessive skin exposure”. Unfortunately, it’s also triggered by harmless images of some sportsmen and women - with swimming club websites falling particularly foul. Still, nice idea.
