RECENT letters and articles have suggested that the best response to performance-related pay might be apathy.
I would suggest that everyone ought to apply for it. Given that we are all theoretically entitled to it, and thattargets will have to be negotiated with each and every one of us, the likelihood of that getting anything done in an acceptable time frame is virtually zero.
