I AM even more confused than your correspondent GH Thomas (TES, November 12). I thought teachers were overworked and under pressure.
So imagine my surprise when I opened the TES to find a teacher who had the time to criticise rather than praise a go-ahead newly-qualified teacher.
Me? I’m an unemployed student colleague of the Priesthorpe Pen Pusher, who learned a lot from her during my year at Trinity and All Saints College, Leeds. Maybe that’s where I went wrong.
