Pounds 3m for campus work

Blackburn College has been granted Pounds 3.2 million by the Northwest Regional Development Agency towards a new Pounds 13.9 million university centre serving up to 600 extra students. The facility is planned as part of a major revamp of the college’s campus, which has already seen the completion of a new sixth form and computing centre.
