The blurb from the SQA could not have been more appropriate. Dennis Gunning, a surviving SQA director, described the exhibition of pupils’ artwork in Higher Still exams as a demonstratio of “imagination, innovative approaches and creative skills and expertise in the use of media and new technologies”.
What a pity the pupils were not in charge at the SQA.
