A pound;100,000-A-YEAR independent special needs school has been severely criticised by the Office for Standards in Education.

Evington Park school, in Leicester, hasseven 11- to 16-year-olds with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The inspectors criticised attendance, teaching quality, behaviour and accommodation.
