A new type of road safety pack has been devised by West Dunbartonshire Council.
The Interdisciplinary Learning in Road Safety pack is said to tie in with the Curriculum for Excellence outcomes and experiences in a wide range of subjects, including health and well-being, expressive arts, literacy, numeracy, social studies and sciences. The council believes it is the first in Scotland to take such an approach. It hopes it will generate interest in other authorities, and is happy to share experiences.
