Conquer Not Divide is the latest project to spring from the long partnership between the Citizens Theatre and Glasgow City Council’s Sense Over Sectarianism (SOS) initiative.

S3 pupils in St Mungo’s Academy and Drumchapel High have been discussing the impact of sectarianism on their lives and their community.

Each group started with a workshop led by SOS to explore their understanding of sectarianism; the groups then worked with staff from the Citizens Theatre and TAG education team over a 10-week period to develop their thoughts and ideas.

They went on to create a short piece of theatre, which they performed last week in the Citizens Theatre to denominational and non-denominational primary schools from their area.
