With nothing on the young people’s section of the Learning and Skills Council’s website, other than a puff for apprenticeships, it will come as a huge relief to the quango’s millions of teenage fans that they can get more information on their post-GCSE options online.
A click on a link on the media section of the LSC site, entitled Choices 2003, brings up a picture of a sleeping green dragon and the words “You have reached Grolliffe - a server from the Windmill.”
