Pupils bid to keep Cornish tag

PUPILS in Cornwall are not allowed to officially call themselves Cornish and now their parents are planning to sue, saying it is a breach of the Race Relations and Human Rights Acts. Cornwall County Council prevented the pupils from describing themselves as Cornish in January’s school census.
