A teacher dragged autistic pupils across a classroom, denied some children food and put others on a high-speed treadmill as punishment, a disciplinary panel has heard. Glenda Lynette Partridge was dismissed from Pwll Primary School in Carmarthenshire in 2007. She denies unprofessional conduct. The General Teaching Council for Wales hearing in Cardiff has been adjourned.
