Pupils sniff at dog report

Claims that a pilot scheme, which used sniffer dogs to detect drugs in Buckinghamshire schools was a “proven success” were based on the views of fewer than one in 50 pupils, an investigation has found.

Almost half of the pupils who returned questionnaires into the use of dogs expressed concern about being “sniffed” by the animals, according to Druglink magazine.
