THE editorial in TES Online (May 12) suggested this agency is keeping information from heads about poor computer training. This is not the case. Where training is judged poor this information will be made public and approval withdrawn from the provider.

Your article in this issuesaid only four training providers have been “examined” for quality. In fact, 30 of 53 approved providers are being quality-assured and the rest will start by the end of July.
