“Rain: Native Peoples of the Desert Southwest”, an exhibition about the native Americans of Arizona and New Mexico, is being held at the Museum of Mankind, Burlington Gardens, London W1, until April 6. It explores the ancient cultural traditions of the native peoples, which enable them to use the seasonal rains to make a living out of their arid land through farming and hunting and more recently herding and tourism. A resource leaflet is available. Details: 0171 323 8043.
