Reader reply goes online

https://www.tes.com/magazine/archive/reader-reply-goes-online
Have you noticed the strange numbers underneath the adverts in this and every other issue of ‘First Appointments’? That’s the reader reply service.

It’s free and simple to use, and extremely useful for readers as well as the local education authorities and schools that advertise with us.

The service allows NQTs to receive details of their preferred employers, but also enables authorities and schools to attract potential applicants and to monitor who is applying to them.

Every LEA and school that uses the service has a number, found at the bottom of their advert. You’ll also find this number in the reader reply box on page 35.

Using this service is now easier than ever. Not only is it available in this edition of ‘First Appointments’ but also on our website: www.tesjobs.co.uk

If you want to know more about an advertiser, tick the corresponding box and fill in the details asked for on the form provided. You can pick up to four advertisers. Either send the form to the Freepost address on page 35 or submit it via our website and you’ll receive details and application packs from the schools and authorities you’ve picked.

To advertise in the next issue of ‘First Appointments’ (published January 13, 2006 ), contact Chris Andrew on 020 7782 3017 (email: Christopher.Andrew@newsint.co.uk) or Daniella Barrs on 020 7782 3027 (Daniella.Barrs@newsint.co.uk).Closing date for booking adverts is Monday December 5
