A controversial construction company which has attracted a string of negative headlines over its school building work is to bid for future contracts under a new name. Jarvis, which is being investigated over its role in the Potters Bar rail crash, will now be known as “engenda Ltd” when tendering for school maintenance and building work under the Government’s private finance initiative
