Ten to 15-year-olds are invited to enter a competition to mark next year’s European Year of People with Disabilities by drawing a picture to show how they would change the world to include disabled people equally. The drawing could become the UK postcard to celebrate the year and the winner will be invited to Brussels for the awards on December 3, the European Day of Disabled People. Closing date for entries is October 15.
