Repairing weak links

This issue has to be addressed if we are hoping to succeed and prosper in a global market ("Europe seeks to mend the 'weak link' of adult skills", 3 May). Governments and employers across the European Union need to find a way to ensure that learning opportunities are made readily available so that we build a highly skilled workforce.
