Nigel Bispham uses the Flash Logger from Data Harvest, a tiny pound;125 data-logger that fits into Pocket PCs and Windows XP computers that have a CompactFlash slot. Data Harvest's SmartQ sensors (from pound;24) plug into the Flash Logger, and students use the Data Harvest Sensing Science Laboratory software (multi-user licence from pound;150) for capturing data and producing graphs
