A STUDY of nine to 14-year-olds in the Netherlands found that a quarter did not feel rested at school and 15 per cent had problems sleeping.

Anne Meijer, the author f the study published in the Journal of Sleep Research, said children who slept well had a more positive self-image, were better motivated and less aggressive.
