I am concerned that your article "Prospective partner plays hard to get"

(FE Focus, September 22) does not give an entirely accurate account of the review of FE provision in Manchester. The review has been commissioned by the LSC and is supported by the city council.

We have not set out to create a single structural solution, nor are we seeking to impose particular outcomes.
