(Photograph) - Rich countries must deliver a pound;400 million aid boost to save millions of people in Afghanistan from missing an education, says Oxfam. A report by the charity says that more than half of all Afghan children do not attend school. The report said rich countries were not providing nearly enough aid, despite promises.
