I have recently come into some money and am thinking of simply not going into work. I understand that I am supposed to give in my notice but I feel so depressed with my job and the way I have been treated of late that I am struggling to give a damn.
I believe this would be a mistake and one that you would regret later on too. Consider your pupils even if they are also part of the problem. I expect there must be one person who you will miss. What will they think? You are fortunate to be in the position you are in now so go out with style and follow the contractual obligation.
