Cars seized by the police and due to be scrapped are being put to good use by Doncaster College, which is using them to help train its motor-mechanic students. It is working with South Yorkshire Police and a local firm, MVS Recovery, to supply students with cars that have been taken off the road because, for example, they were untaxed.
