Rotting bodies of knowledge

Medieval technology should be employed to teach physics, delegates heard.

Bob Kibble, of Edinburgh university, told a seminar that building replicas of medieval "trebuchets", which were used to fling rocks, rotting corpses and dead animals at the enemy, could be used to illustrate how levers work and concepts of energy.
