'Why is it that we make our most vulnerable students travel the farthest?'

In the 4 December issue of TES, Jarlath O'Brien, headteacher at Carwarden House Community School in Surrey, wrote about the vast distances some of his students were forced to travel to get to and from school.

In the exclusive TES video below, Mr O'Brien is joined by one of his students, Sharlie, to explain what impact these journeys can have both academically and personally.
