THE National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers is to open two new learning centres and develop a network of 450 union learning representatives to improve lifelong learning for teachers. Paid for with more than pound;835,000 from the Government’s union learning fund, the project will target unions and teachers under-represented in training, including women, ethnic minorities, lesbians, gay men, under-35s and teachers with disabilities.
