Derby College is to sell a 20-acre site in Mackworth and a 220-acre farm to raise cash for investment in its other sites. The majority of staff and students at the Prince Charles Avenue site in Mackworth have moved to the new Roundhouse building. The college has also put Lime Farm, part of its Broomfield Hall site, up for sale.
