We note that Robert Gordon University has been pronounced an Investor in People, which confirms it is “committed to developing our staff”. This cannot be the same establishment against which the Educational Institute of Scotland is contemplating legal and industrial action over planned new contracts for new appointments which display “bad faith towards its staff”.
