RE:Quest is part of the National Grid for Learning in England, Scotland and Wales and is popular for teaching pupils in key stages 1-4 about Christianity. Teaching ideas can be downloaded, along with PowerPoint presentations and worksheets. There is also a section with resources for teaching infants. The most popular presentations are available on CD-Rom and have been translated into Welsh. On the site, you can read about people who have influenced the development of the Christian faith and take virtual tours of Westminster Abbey, Canterbury Cathedral, York Minster and St David’s Cathedral. The Photo Resource Centre has pictures in pdf format covering topics such as festivals and rites of passage.
