l How successful would pen and paper be for our students if they had teachers who couldn't read or write? Same for computers.


What I teach is important but importance does not mean I have to be serious all the time.


Is "What's the learning objective?" the new "How many lines do I have to write?" Neither fosters creativity.


I largely agree with Chomsky. Twitter is to communication like MP3 is to audio fidelity, i.e. lousy.


Just read Daniel Willingham's "Why Don't Students Like School?" - an important book for all teachers.
