Your picture (“Secret to knocking grammar for six”, 9 September) does indeed show Peter Willey, and the wicketkeeper is clearly Deryck Murray in his West Indies cap. The bowler who is not shown is, however, definitely not Michael Holding, as Murray would be standing at least 20 yards behind the stumps if that was the case. Michael Holding, I am sure, would take extreme offence if anyone suggested that a wicketkeeper could stand up to the stumps for his bowling.
