Sister act

Brighton and Hove council is considering a shake-up in the way school places are allocated. One key proposal aims to encourage children to go to their local primary. Currently children with siblings at a primary get priority in admissions. The plan is that the sibling rule would only apply to schools two miles or less from a child's home.
