Ages 14 to 16
Use a game of musical chairs to recap what you have covered during the term.
Round up a group of volunteers - the boys are always keen - and to an instrumental beat describe and recap some key aspects of pupils' learning as they walk around the chairs.
Make a deliberate mistake, and when they spot it, they sit down. Continue until you have a winner. This helps to test prior knowledge or revise as everyone listens intently, and it's an energetic learning technique.
