Young offenders will soon have access to a website designed to put them off a life of crime. The pound;1.1m website - www.rizer.co.uk - to be launched in April, will use text, audio, photos and video to give information on the legal system and the consequences of being involved in crime. There will also be a 24-hour helpline and advice on issues such as drugs. The site is being built by the Galleries of Justice museum in Nottingham and content comes from the Citizenship Foundation.
