Congratulations to Boston College and Grimbsy Institute of Further and Higher Education. Not only is its “Skills Academy: Skegness” actually in Skegness, as the title would suggest, but it really is an “academy” - ie a building in which people study. Unlike every other “academy” announced since New Labour came to power.
