Fancy a bit of snowboarding, skiing or mountain walking in Austria? Andy and Heather Lazzeri have left their lives as teachers in the Medway towns, Kent, to set up home on the snowy slopes of Uttendorf, near Kitzbuhel and Zell am See, Austria.

“We fancied a new challenge and a change of lifestyle. And since we can cook, ski and speak German, we thought why not?” says Andy.

A year later, the couple are welcoming visitors to Chalet Anna - which sleeps up to 8 - for summer and winter breaks. They can provide transfers to and from Salzburg airport, the ski slopes and other activities which include everything from paintballing to paragliding and angling.
