Small schools share heads

https://www.tes.com/magazine/archive/small-schools-share-heads
Reference was made in The TES (July 22) to Ceredigion, where schools share headteachers. The article was not entirely correct. The main reason why Ceredigion has encouraged schools to share heads is the fact that we have a large number of very small schools, and not “because of the dearth of headship candidates”.
