Special needs concern

MOST parents believe their children are being failed by special education needs provision in schools, according to a new report from charity Rathbone. Of the 139 parents seen by researchers at Manchester Metropolitan University, 42 percent felt their child had made no progress since being on the SEN register, while 10 per cent said they had actually regressed.
