A publisher is hoping Harry Potter can use his magic to help pupils learn complicated words. References to the boy wizard are being included in the Oxford Primary Dictionary for the first time. To illustrate “innumerable”, the dictionary quotes Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, where “innumerable candles were hovering in mid-air”.
